Semi-truck accidents
Crashes involving semi-trucks are different from regular car wrecks. There are often serious injuries, multiple insurance policies, and trucking companies that move quickly to protect themselves.
I look at things like driver fatigue, logbooks, maintenance records, loading practices, and safety rules to figure out what went wrong and who is responsible. With my team, I work to preserve key evidence early and push back when the trucking company or its insurer tries to minimize your claim.
